Bidrage med feedbackI tried the Okinawa soba and juicy at Chusoba, and it was delicious as always. The broth is light but you can easily finish it all. The noodles are flat, chewy, and delicious. The juicy is also amazing. I highly recommend the Tang Chinese soba as well.
I visited the restaurant around 2 pm on Sunday. We were lucky to enter without waiting, but there were two groups waiting to enter later. This restaurant features a specialty called "Toujin soba," which is said to reproduce the roots of Okinawa soba. I ordered the "Toujin soba" this time. It has a black appearance with a rich soy sauce base, chewy thick noodles, and thinly sliced pork belly which is delicious. In addition to the Toujin soba, there are many other delicious Okinawa soba dishes on the menu, so I recommend trying them as well. The seating inside the restaurant is limited, but there are table and tatami mat seats, so it may be suitable for families with small children. At the time of my visit, payment was cash only.
The black soup with soy sauce flavor at Tangin Soba was delicious. The combination of flavorful soy sauce and Okinawa soba was amazing. The broth was also delicious. It's recommended to go at 11am to avoid the crowds.
私は『祭りそば ジューシー』、妻は『唐人そば 』を食べました。 私の食べた『祭りそば』はテビチ、三枚肉、ソーキが入っていました。透き通った出汁はカツオ出汁だと思いますが、豚骨の風味も感じられました。自家製麺はモチモチしていてとても美味しく、南部そばの麺に似ていますが個人的にはここの自家製麺が好みでした。 ジューシーは今まで食べた沖縄そば屋さんの中で一番美味しいと感じました。濃い味付けではないのですが、旨みを強く感じました。 妻の食べた『唐人そば』は、麺は同じでスープは私が食べた『祭りそば』に醤油を加えたような味でした。これはこれで美味しかったです。 座席数が少なく、すぐに一杯になるので開店時間に行った方がいいかもです。 写真掲載しときます。
