It was a nostalgic evening for my last dinner with my friend who lives in Okinawa. We went to an old-fashioned steakhouse that has been in business since the good old days. It sits on a hill in the outskirts of Okinawa City, with a view of the ocean and the lights of Ryukyu shining outside the windows. We sat at luxurious leather seats and perused the menu. My friend ordered the special jumbo steak, while I opted for the special hamburger and a side of sausage. The food arrived as we admired the upscale atmosphere of the restaurant. The taste was not as amazing as some have claimed, but the cost performance was quite high. It was a nostalgic experience to dine with my friend and travel back to ancient times. Although I would be highly satisfied to revisit, the difficulty of finding parking and the steep slope of the parking space under the building could be a bit nerve-wracking for tourists driving rental cars.

Recommended by Garage Sale's Gori-san, Emerald is a long-established steak restaurant located near Aeon Mall LaLaport, on a hilltop. As the name suggests, there is also a pub area with a nice atmosphere. I ordered the 450-gram Premium Rib Steak, while my wife ordered the 300-gram Hamburger. The Premium Rib Steak was a huge, thick, and tender piece of meat, which I devoured in no time, haha. The hamburger was also thick and delicious. It is always crowded, so I recommend going on a weekday if possible!

I visited for the first time in several years. When it comes to Emerald, I think of steak.

沖縄アメリカンヴィレッジから近いイオンライカムから直ぐのところにあります。 元々は米軍関係者の来店の多いパブだったそうです。 外観は４０年程経つようなので、ややレトロ感はありますが、店内はローズウッド調の仕上がりと仄暗い照明で、とてもシックです。 スタンダードなジャズが流れていてテラス席からは峡谷のような景色です。 沖縄に行った時は通う店で、名物の1ポンドステーキを注文します。 分厚く切ってあるので意外とペロッと食べきれてしまいます。 スープ　ライス　ノンアルコールを頼んで５千円弱でした。 店の雰囲気から比べるとリーズナブルです。 アッサリとした味付けです。

ガレッジセールゴリさんが推していたので行ってみました。 店とタイアップしての宣伝か？と思いましたが、 ゴリさんがYouTubeで言っていた通り 本当に美味しかったです。 良い肉を提供しているから、 味付けは何もしないでそのままでも十分美味しく食べられます。 私は塩コショウを少しかけて頂きました。 写真を撮らせて下さいと言ったら、 わざわざお店の人が案内して、 説明までしてくれました。 肉、従業員、価格も満点！！ ジャッキー、88に飽きた方は是非行って見て下さい。 店の入り口の駐車場は交通量が多いので、 車の出し入れがしにくいので、 店舗の隣の駐車場の利用をお勧めします。
