Well-bred Bakery Cafe In Downtown Weaverville

We had Well-Bred Bakery create three cakes for our wedding, and we couldn't be happier with the result. We requested a variety of flavors and frosting combinations, some of which were a bit unconventional, but the team at Well-Bred was eager to accommodate our requests and helped us craft delightful masterpieces. Our guests couldn't stop praising the cakes! The Well-Bred staff arrived early at the venue and quickly set everything up, which was greatly appreciated on such a busy day. I absolutely love this place for desserts! Some of my personal favorites are the truffles, éclairs, and giant cookies.

Your experience may differ, but I would steer clear of their cortados. They have a very acidic taste, and not in a pleasant or enlightening way.

This is a fantastic spot for coffee! I also tried the eclair and the chocolate chip cookie, both of which were delicious. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the specialty coffees are outstanding. Definitely deserves 5 stars!
