Visited for lunch today with 2 friends. Ordered the salmon dragon, black dragon, salmon torched, rainbow and tuna Maki. We ordered the same thing twice.Delicious food, great ambience , great service and very fair price for the quality. Highly recommend and we will be back for sure!

Ordered from Uber recently. Easily the worst quality sushi I have ever had in Toronto. Grey tuna, poorly cut salmon and tuna, chewy fish, flavourless and overly battered tempura shrimp, rolls that didn’t stay together, wasabi made almost entirely of “air” with clearly dried out horseradish. VERY fishy tasting nigiri. Nothing that we ordered was acceptable. I had a few bites and tossed it. It was almost humorous just how awful every item was.My guess is that whomever is preparing the food is not trained at all in how to make sushi.Stay away.

First time dining here for dinner. Space is nice and cozy. Staff and service was amazing and very friendly. Noticed a lot of take out orders. The food was delicious. High quality and super fresh fish and the rice used on the sushi was soft and portioned perfectly. Ordered the pork katsu, mix veggie tempora, large sushi platter with additional sashimi and oshi (torched) sushi platter! All highly recommend to try out!!

I went to Sushi by K for lunch as it’s been my favorite local spot. While there I asked our extremely professional and friendly waitress about placing a large order for the Friday following (6 days notice) it was a Teriyaki dinner and Sushi for 25 people! She did not hesitate to work with me on this, coordinated with the chef and manager within minutes and had the final price and confirmation for me before lunch was over.On the following Friday we picked up the order and we were actually blown away by how perfect everything was. Everything was prepared perfectly, warmed, boxed and organized perfectly! The party was a complete success!!!This is THE BEST Japanese restaurant in Toronto as far as I’m concerned!You have 25 very loyal customers now!

I think this is the one of the best sushi shops in Toronto. I tried many others but none can compare to the quality and taste of sushi by K.They are always my option for sushi when I want to order for take-out.I totally recommend them and try their oshi, they are the best!
