Food quality has gone down from the last time I went, everything was so bland the only thing that was decent was the steak tartare. Service was good but will not go back
Last Days before Covid lockdown. Delicious and very safe!
Service and ambience is outstanding, found the food a bit disappointing this time, pate mousse and rotisserie chicken (a dish they are famous for) both lacked flavour. Wines were very good. Desserts were fabulous.
Service was nice, as expected. They were great with making faces at and accommodating our month old son. However, we were there for breakfast and the breakfast potatoes seemed to have been leftover and re-deep fried (aka gross). It was really unexpected and not at all the quality we have come to expect from Boulud. I know it must be tough to keep things fresh right now when demand is fluctuating (and low), but potatoes aren't expensive...they could have been fresh. Maybe it was a low staffing issue? Then, they should have let us know and offered an alternative. Just our thoughts.
