Starbucks - Tempe

This is definitely my favorite Starbucks! The staff is always friendly, the drinks are prepared quickly, and they consistently taste just as I expect. Delicious!

When you really need a cup of coffee there is always a Starbucks nearby. At least usually, and this evening is no exception to the rule. Where 's my coffee! My mom would growl out loud every morning as she started to wake up for the day. I certainly hope there is coffee wherever she is now, hopefully heaven, but no one knows for sure.

Stopped in for a quick drink and they were out of the Mango Dragonfruit. I went with something different and it was just okay.

The ambiance of the place was lovely, but my experience with the staff wasn’t the best. After enjoying my coffee for a while, I went to use the restroom and found it was locked. That was fine, so I asked a woman if I could use it. She said yes but mentioned she needed to enter a code with me. I waited for her to come around the corner, but instead, she returned to her tasks. I thought she might just need a moment, so I went back to my seat. Five minutes passed, and she didn’t even acknowledge me. I found myself thinking, what if it had been an emergency? Eventually, I noticed her leaving with her backpack, and it made me feel disheartened. Asking for help is already hard for me, and it felt like my one attempt at being assertive was completely overlooked. Perhaps she simply forgot, or maybe I’m just having a tough day, but I wish she had been more considerate. Because of this experience, I probably won’t return. However, I do recommend the Starbucks at Fry’s across the street! The staff there seem friendlier, and I enjoyed their coffee more! :D

The drinks and service are excellent. However, the music can be a bit unpredictable with its volume levels, occasionally cutting out or becoming unexpectedly loud, which can be distracting if you're trying to have a conversation. That said, it's a fantastic place to get some work done or just relax.
