Bidrage med feedbackFor the past 2 weeks I?ve been trying to put into words how incredible my two experiences at Pizzeria Virtù have been. Let me first off start by saying the food is absolutely spectacular. True Neapolitan pizza is extremely rare to find in the US as it requires a certificate from a master from Naples. A lot of places advertise that they are and are met with cease and desist letters as it?s that strict to get a license to cook this type of pizza. Pizzeria Virtù exceeds anyNeapolitan pizza I?ve had anywhere in the United States. Their Compania is my favorite cause it?s a simple classic. The Crudo is also spectacular! I absolutely do not like mushrooms but let me tell you the Funghi may be one of the bestpizzas I?ve ever had. There are about 5 more pizzas on the menu that I need to try. There is also an appetizer that you will need to go back and get every time you go... The Burrata. Sourdough bread drizzled with olive oil, fresh madeBurrata that melts in your mouth drizzled in honey and nuts, and thinly sliced prosciutto that literally melts in your mouth like butter. This appetizer is the first thought I have every morning and the last thought before I go to bed eachnight. Not only will the food knock your socks off the service will as well. We were lucky enough to have Marshall both nights we went and let me tell you the guy is a mensch. He is the best server I?ve ever had. He remembered us and ourorders and even our conversations. He has an excellent understanding of the menu and it?s wine and alcohol pairings and his suggestions are paramount. With so many good options to choose from it was nice to just go with his recommendationscause he won?t steer you to anywhere but pure bliss. 10/10 couldn?t be happier with Pizzeria Virtù and with Marshall?s service. I can?t wait til I go back!
Pizzería Virtu is the truth!! Real authentic Italian food in Scottsdale. The meatballs are probably the best I?ve ever had. The penne arrabbiata was insane! Margherita pizza was delicious. The hospitality was great, Marissa made you feel right at home!!!
Overall good. Pizza was good. Appetizer, Burrata, was okay-good. They have indoor and outdoor seating, very limited wine list but still enough to order the basics. Service was good but wouldn't expect a sommelier. A bit over priced for what it is, but it is good. Ideal place for an couple that's looking to try a new, quaint pizza place. At one point the music got very loud but otherwise the ambiance is nice. There is a front patio with a fire place that looked cozy for drinksafter or before dinner. Parking is on street or right by the building. Probably wouldn't go again but glad I went at least once.
We ate at Pizzeria Virtu on an overnight stay in Scottsdale. The two pizzas we tried were fantastic. Highly recommend the spicy Reggio. Wine selection was good. Insalata was a very nice, classic salad.
Great Food! Subtle flavors that are mesmerizing, as the waitress said, seems easy enough to do at home but it 's hard to recreate . Tried this place for the first time on a whim (close to closing time) and it was a fantastic choice, definitely became my favorite restaurant and I loved it even more with the tasting of each dish. The entire staff was so lovely and very helpful and patient 3vwn though they were already cleaning up the restaurant, definitely made us feelvery welcome to enjoy our food.
