Chilled Out Gelato - Seaham

Every time we visit, we have a fantastic experience. The customer service is exceptional, and the ice cream is simply delicious. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I kept it simple and ordered waffles tonight, but I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try something different. I have to say, the staff there is absolutely fantastic. I had a lot of questions about the dishes, like whether the sauce contained any pits and if there were any bites in the food. I know I can be a bit particular, but the server was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole experience.

Epic. the best place the world had keksteig with ice and it was to die. I'll be back next week!

Lovely sunny day and it was very busy but we were seated quickly and looked after. Staff were working hard and no-one queued for long for take-out and our sit in ice cream sundaes arrived quickly and were delightful. Beautiful decor and friendly staff.

Lovely desserts, friendly service, lots of choice. A small sarnie selection would be good as I fancied something savoury also, but that's just me being picky. I mean to be fair, it is a dessert place. Overall, top banana! (Just a turn of phrase, I didn't order a banana. Although they do happen to offer a mean looking banana split).
