The Raj - South Shields

Having visited this restaurant multiple times, I have always enjoyed great food and exceptional customer service. It is definitely one of the best places in Shields for good service. A couple of weeks ago, we had a small issue with our takeaway order, but Ali quickly resolved it for us without any trouble. I highly recommend this restaurant as all the staff are very friendly, respectful, and have excellent manners.

This restaurant is a fantastic spot to enjoy a traditional Asian meal. The food is incredibly flavorful, with a diverse menu featuring all the classic dishes. It's our top pick for delicious food. The ambiance is wonderful and the staff is very friendly.

We have used this restaurant as a take away for so many years now and I still believe it 's the best. The only negative regarding the food is the amount of prawns in my king prawn madras. Six prawns isn 't enough in such a tasty meal. Also I wish they delivered. Other than that 'The Raj ' still stays my favourite!
