Starbucks - Scottsdale

The employees at this restaurant are absolutely wonderful. They are friendly, attentive, and work efficiently. I go out of my way to come here, passing by 3 other Starbucks locations, and it's definitely worth it. Joe, the manager, is exceptional and genuinely cares for his team's well-being. He treats every customer like they are part of the family. This place is hands down the best around. I almost hesitate to write this review because I don't want it to get too crowded.

The two employees were very friendly and accommodating. It was a refreshing change to be able to walk into the coffee shop instead of using the drive-through. They were polite and welcoming.

Horrible customer service. STOP forcing people to wear a mask, there?s no mandate, get over urself. A mask should be a personal choice. Keep in mind the only reason YOU have a job is because people come and order. Shame on you! everyone wants to return bk to normal, masks are NOT normal! Will never return here.

We use this Starbucks often for my company and I use it every so often personally when I'm at work. If there has ever been an issue, Steven is my go to guy! He is an amazing Starbucks employee and does an amazing job making any issues right. Thank you Steven for being my #1 Starbucks guy.

The staff at this restaurant is excellent. Although it's a Starbucks, the drinks I get here feel more refreshing than at other locations. The atmosphere must have something to do with it. Overall, it's a great place with great drinks.
