Parma Italian Roots Scottsdale

Second time there and better than the first. Food is fresh and tasty. Will return.

I cannot recommend Parma Italian Roots enough! Yes Scottsdale has many great Italian restaurants but Parma is on a different level. My husband and I have been there several times but the only reason we go is for the Clams Andouja. And let me tell you is the best clams I have ever had! A rich broth with Italian sausage, pancetta, tomatoes, a tad of spice, and perfectly steamed clams. Even though I was there last night I want to go back and have more! This time we actually ordered an entree. The pesto cavatappi is out of this world! The flavor is stunning! Topped with a sweet ricotta, pistachios, and truffle oil it is now one of my new favorite dishes. Parma Italian Roots will now be in my regular Italian rotation. It's my absolute new favorite. I consider myself an excellent chef but to me the best meal is one I don't think I can recreate at home and Parma accomplished this. They also have amazing craft cocktails and a patio with an open window serving drinks. Highly recommend!

Italian Bird to drink-light and sassy like me. Pappardelle bolognese, rigatoni Alfredo and white pizza were shared and loved by all. The Alfredo is usually never my thing..but this was quite different and delicious!!

A charming venue with delicious entrees and great staff. Indoor and outdoor seating as well as a really nice bar. Highly recommend.
