Butterfield's Pancake House

My son and I visited for Mother's Day breakfast today, and we had a wonderful experience. The wait time was minimal, and our server, Jewel, was exceptional! She was friendly and professional, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. We will definitely return! Thank you, Jewel!

I ordered the eggs verde with a side of potatoes, and I was pleasantly surprised by how crispy the potatoes were—it was incredible! After this dish, I don’t think I’ll want to try another hash. The eggs were perfectly cooked, and the verde sauce had that authentic Mexican flavor. I also sampled their pancakes, which were moist and delicious, especially with the warm maple syrup that added a wonderful touch to the taste. Their coffee is robust, and the creamer they offered was just the right complement. The orange juice was fresh, and you could really tell that they use high-quality ingredients in their dishes. I didn’t have to wait long at all, and I would definitely come back again!

I enjoyed a generous portion for breakfast. I requested crispy bacon and hashbrowns, but they weren't as crispy as I'd hoped, so I returned the bacon without any trouble. It was thick cut, which made it a bit chewy, but it still tasted delicious. The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy, and the pancakes were tasty as well. My server was very pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere was lively and vibrant. Overall, I had a great experience. Thank you!

The service ranks as exceptional for such a busy restaurant. The pancakes we light and fluffy, the sausages were tasty as was the grits. They weren't like southern grits but definitely had a unique flavor having me wanting more. The orange juice was fresh squeezed and delicious. My only disappointment was the eggs. They lacked flavor and tasted like they were microwaved. I would certainly go back based on their service. Plan on waiting 30-45 minutes for a seat.

I was told by a friend that this was the spot for good pancakes. They were absolutely correct!!! I had the oreo pancakes and tried the banana pancakes and both were amazing! Staff was really courteous and the facility is kept really clean. Definitely recommend eating here!
