Bidrage med feedbackA cozy and beautiful sushi bar along Cleveland Street offers Sushi Suma a selection of Japanese cuisine. My girlfriend and I ordered the Sushi Entree, shrimp Tempura and Chicken Katsu. Grief Grief Food sections are huge. The Katsu is juicy and delicate, but I tried awesome in Jazushi and Suzya. Maybe the chicken leg pies in the navy can rely longer. Grief Grief We were surprised that the sushi rice was recorded a layer of Wasabi. Was that an indication that the sushi was not fresh?
During my recent lunch visit, the restaurant was unusually quiet with only one other table occupied on a Saturday. The sashimi was good, though perhaps a bit warmer than I would have liked, and the California roll was okay. There was an abundance of rice in the dishes, which I assume was to maintain the generous portions the restaurant was known for. I found it odd to have to order a separate bowl of rice, as the teriyaki sauce made my fish too salty to eat on its own. Additionally, I was surprised to be charged for a second cup of hot green tea for a refill, as it wasn't specified on the menu that refills would cost extra. Despite these unusual practices, Sushi Suma still offers tasty food at prices that have remained consistent over the years, even through changes in ownership. It remains a good option for those seeking authentic Japanese cuisine.
