Lapis Lazuli Afghan Flavours

Went for a birthday dinner for my husband, curious to see what Afghan food was like. We were not disappointed! The waitress was friendly and knowledgable regarding the menu and how many dishes to order and the food was delicious, similar to North Indian but less spicy. A lovely relaxed evening, and for the amount of food we had, very reasonably priced. BYO a bonus but they are also licensed. Recommended.

We have visited this restaurant several times before and have always had good service. The food is delicious, the seating is comfortable, and you never feel rushed. It is a very relaxing dining experience, and the added bonus of being able to bring your own wine makes it even better.

The food at this restaurant is truly amazing, with a wide variety of delicious flavors. I highly recommend trying the entire starter menu, which is what my group of four ordered along with two main dishes to share. The prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be returning!

One of our party had been to this restaurant before so she helped us choose some great dishes. The size of the dishes was very good as two of the party were men with healthy appetites and as we ordered several different dishes it was good to taste a variety between us. As I have a bit of a sweet tooth I really enjoyed the baklava to finish with green tea to relax. I will definitely go again and try some of the other dishes on the menu!
