Bidrage med feedbackMalay is one of my favourite Chinese variants; my hometown sports one a restaurant of this ethnicity that is, bang for the buck, one of the best restaurants
Let me start off by saying that I'm not an expert at all things Malaysian. But I've been to the +60 enough to know that NASI LEMAK IS THEIR NATIONAL DISH.
We need more Malaysian places in Kings CrossThis place is a start thoughI took a group of five people for dinner there recently.
KL kitchen is one of the few Malaysian restaurants operating in the Potts Point/Darlinghurst area. It's situated on beautiful Lankelly Place, one of Sydney's newest food hubs, conveniently tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Potts Point/Kings Cross.Tonight The Counts were dining with some dear friends, all so well-travelled, their experiences have taken them across every culinary spectrum, from street food to fine dining and everything in between all over the world. They are great company and we love having dinner with them.
The restaurant allows you to bring your own alcohol, which is a positive aspect. However, it is quite small and not suitable for large, alcohol-fueled gatherings. The outdoor dining option at Llankelly Place would be enjoyable during the summer months, and KL Kitchen also provides takeaway for those who don't feel like cooking tonight. It is a decent alternative to Thai cuisine.
