Joe's Pizza Sports - Plainwell

The restaurant was moderately busy, but not too crowded. Unfortunately, our waitress seemed more interested in socializing with her friends than taking care of our order. After I had already paid for my pizza, she forgot to bring it out on time. When I informed her that it was burned, she did not apologize or offer a refund. When I asked for my money back, she seemed unwilling to comply, resulting in me losing $20. Overall, the service was unprofessional and disrespectful. Our waitress promised the pizza would be ready in 2 minutes, but it took 10 minutes after I reminded her to retrieve it. The kitchen staff also seemed incompetent and unable to manage their time effectively. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I am very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Avoid this place if you want a good dining experience. Furthermore, the waitress handled the burned pizza with her bare hands, making the situation even more unsanitary. Save yourself the trouble and eat elsewhere. Here is a picture of the burned pizza I received. The overall experience was disappointing.

I have visited this restaurant a few times before. During my last visit, I sat at the bar and ordered a drink. The drink was good, so I decided to order another one. However, I was shocked to see a woman at the bar reach over, grab the ice bucket, put some ice into her cup, and then throw it back into the ice bucket. After witnessing this, I paid my bill and left. I was very disappointed by what I saw and have no plans of returning to this restaurant.

The atmosphere at the restaurant was fantastic. However, the food was overpriced for how average it tasted. The pizza was decent at best - the kids enjoyed it. I probably wouldn't go back. The portions were decent, but they lacked spices. The server did a good job.

No, where does it say that the delivery lasts at 11 o'clock, and no, where does it say that the kitchen closes at midnight. Previously tried to order 1 clock as the website said that they delivered til 130am, had to drive my roller down there in the icy cold and canceled it. only tried to order 1030 clock, was given in the handle for essentially all the time, finally came through at 11:05 clock, and they said there was nothing they could do. I just wanted pizza. edit: since I was still eating pizza, I had tried my mother to order for me. he said that the kitchen was closed, even if the bar had told me something else before and hanged on us.

Great food, good prices and nice atmosphere. We had prompt and friendly service and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. My son got a bacon burger with loaded tots and I got the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. We will definitely be back! I saw a previous post with pics about their food being burnt to crisp' and definitely didn't look that way to me. Our food was cooked perfectly and nicely browned. Can't please em all I guess!
