In-n-out Burger - Placerville

The burgers at this restaurant are excellent, even the vegetarians in our group loved the grilled cheese option. The shakes are thick and delicious. Some people found the pommes too crispy, but I personally loved them. Despite the large number of cars in the drive-thru, the service was quick.

The food was delicious, but the service was disappointing. Our takeout order was not prepared correctly, as we had requested the pommes animal style but it was not made that way. When we pointed out the mistake, the staff member asked us to reorder and pay for the special order, even though we had already paid for it. After waiting 20 minutes with no sign of our order, we inquired again only to find that the ticket had been lost. Eventually, our food arrived but it was cold by then. Despite the mishaps, we did discover Neopolitan shakes which were a tasty treat to enjoy at home after a long wait to order and receive our food.

Big Job in Placerville is a hidden gem. Coming from out of town (Montana), we were pleasantly surprised by the great food and service. Everything we ate was delicious and perfectly cooked. Just as we were finishing our meal, a large group of school children came in on a bus. The staff handled the sudden influx of customers smoothly, making it seem like a regular occurrence. We left feeling satisfied and impressed with the restaurant's ability to handle a busy rush. Huge kudos to the team at Big Job!

Best burger ever! grilled tweepers, double patty, fries and a chocolate shake, delicious!

ALWAYS PACKED. so people must like it. Personally, I'm not a fan of In-N-Out. But I will give 4 stars because they are quick, fresh and friendly. I have never had bad customer service here. Bathroom is a little smelly, could use improvements there.
