Chipotle Mexican Grill - Placerville

I usually order a steak bowl, but this time I decided to try a burrito at this restaurant. It was absolutely fantastic! The staff members who took my order were incredibly friendly and welcoming, with big smiles on their faces. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning again soon!

We have been ordering from this restaurant twice a week. Unfortunately, we have noticed a decline in quality, especially during July and August. The chicken in my last six orders in August has been consistently overcooked, likely due to their chef. Additionally, the queso cheese side orders are now only filled halfway to three-quarters full, despite still being charged the full price. The bowls are mostly filled with rice and lacking in meat. It is possible that there is new staff contributing to these issues.

The bowl was missing some of the options I ordered and I think they gave me the wrong type of meat. The kids meal did not come with a drink or a side of chips as I had requested. However, the burrito was tasty.

Quesadilla really didnt have much cheese in it. The steak burrito bowl was missing the steak. The chicken bowl was so watery it was like soup. Usually the food here is good not sure what happened today

Every single time i order from this store i apos;m either missing entire items or the food is made so poorly. today i ordered a steak quesadilla, chips queso, and guac. i only received the quesadilla. i cannot stress how much this happens with this store. please save yourself and order from a different chipotle or another restaurant, you apos;re just wasting money...these workers don apos;t deserve or appreciate your tips.
