Wendy's - Phoenix

This is your typical Wendy's fast food restaurant, featuring their standard menu along with some special items. As someone who occasionally indulges in junk food, I've made it a point over the years to try everything on their menu at least once. To help evaluate these places, I've created a rating system from 1 to 5, where 1 is unpleasantly bad and 5 represents the best a fast food establishment can offer. I consider factors like cleanliness, service, product quality and consistency, convenience, accessibility, taste, and the attitude of the staff. This location scored an impressive 4.5 out of 5. I definitely plan to return and highly recommend it! I couldn't find anything wrong — just a great experience. Bon appétit!

Had their spicy chicken sandwich- Number 6 with a Coke. Food was extremely fresh. We love Wendy's.

I went through the drive-thru just before closing and ordered an Apple Pecan Salad. When I got home and began to eat, I discovered there was no grilled chicken included at all! I checked the online description, and it clearly states that it should come with chicken. I tried to call the restaurant, but it was just five minutes until closing time, and they didn't answer. To make matters worse, the lettuce was brown around the edges. I'm so disappointed! I've never had an experience like this at any Wendy's before!

Tried to order a Frosty ccino at 7:30PM and was told they had already cleaned the frosty machine so sorry, too bad. This location seems to have high employee turnover and yet every new batch is just as bad as the others. They act like you are big inconvenience to them just for making a regular order. I have started going to the one a mile south which seems to have a bit better customer service.

This is the most disgusting Wendy's I have ever been in, 8/20/22 . Trash and food all over floor.. bathroom had no TP and no towels to dry hands. Walk up to counter to be attacked by flies. Ignored by employees.. watched one employee throw trash in the garbage and push down, continued to work without washing hands. Observed one employee slipping while walking due to not wearing non slip shoes... we ended up walking out. The GM and above restaurant managers should be paying much more attention to this restaurant..
