The Cheesecake Factory - Phoenix

We had a wonderful time!!! Great service!!! We felt as if the wait staff was just there for us. No one else. Even though there was a restaurant full of people. The food was delicious!!! So flavors of each item was so bursting with tastes that your senses knew exactly each flavor of each spice in your food. The crispness of the fresh lettuce greens in the salad, and the dressing so rich !!! Our drinks were kept full our needs were continually met. My what a wonderful time was had by all.

Over priced, too many tables crammed in, inattentive servers. My meal was kept under a heat lamp while my server checked her phone at the bar.

Never got to the food. Four of us went in on a Tuesday night and the host station was empty so we tried to sit in the 80% empty bar, started to sit down at one of the many empty tables and were told by the bartender that to sit at a regular table and not a tall table we would have to check in at the host station. Went back to the host station, got someone to help us, said we wanted to sit in the bar, and he led us into the bar with his back turned and walked right by the table we wanted to sit at to a small cramped table in the back corner shoe horned next to a party of six. I said hey, we want to sit over there , pointing to the larger table for 4 with no one around it. He looks back and says you can 't sit over there, you have to sit here . I said, well there 's no 4th chair (it had be grabbed by the party of six and crowded around their table), and he says I 'll get one and finally we just said never mind we 're just going to go somewhere else, this is not going to work for us . He just looked at me blankly and we walked out. If I go into a restaurant for dinner I expect to be seated at a halfway decent table and not be seated at a cramped table in the corner next to a large party when practically all the other tables in the bar are empty. Terrible customer relations. I don 't have to eat at your restaurant, there are other choices. Never even made it to the food.

Was pleasantly surprised on a weekend that we were able to get right in and have a seat. And the food was so delicious and the service was so awesome. This is the second time I've been to the cheesecake factory and the food is to die for .. Thank you for such great service and awesome food.

It’s only 3 because of my utensils being dirty. Great waiter though
