However, I was quite disappointed with my visit to this location today. I ordered the “secret menu” blueberry smoothie and the vanilla mint cold brew. While the smoothie had a good flavor, the texture was off-putting. It was chalky, as if the protein powder hadn't been fully blended, and it was overly icy. Since I placed a pickup order, I wonder if it was prepared ahead of time and stored in the freezer to keep it cold until I arrived. I understand the need for proper storage, but keeping it in the fridge instead could have provided a much more enjoyable texture. I've come to expect smooth, creamy smoothies from Kaleidoscope, so the texture really detracted from my experience. For nearly $15, I expected much better. The cold brew was also disappointing. The only flavor I detected was peppermint, and it was so strong that it tasted almost like toothpaste. Peppermint is a bold flavor that requires careful balancing; I anticipated a harmonious blend with the maple syrup, vanilla, and milk, but I couldn’t taste those other elements at all. The staff member working when I arrived was alone and seemed quite busy, but she was friendly and accommodating. Despite the good service, I felt like I wasted $25 on two items that were mediocre at best and not enjoyable. As a result, I don't plan to return to this location.

This charming little shop is located in a contemporary office building. The range of drinks and snacks is consistent with other locations, but what sets this spot apart is its laid-back, modern atmosphere. You can choose to sit inside or outside in the courtyard, along with several other comfortable seating options available.

This place is a bit out of the way, but it's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the smoothie was spot-on, as always.
