Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

Stopped here around 8:30 pm on February 17th, 2025 while traveling from Texas, and unfortunately, this was one of the dirtiest Braum’s locations I’ve visited (as a Native Oklahoman, I’ve been to many). Tables were unclean, the floor was a mess, and the drink station was in disarray. While I understand staffing challenges, that wasn’t the issue here. There were five to six younger looking employees standing around, laughing, and horseplaying behind the counter instead of cleaning or assisting customers. It came across as completely unprofessional and made the poor condition of the restaurant even more frustrating. Definitely not the experience I expect from Braum’s.

I am sick and tired of ordering fries and them being either cold or with absolutely no salt! Even when we order them fresh with extra salt they never do it! I used to work there and I know they have buttons for cooking fresh and extra salt but they NEVER use them. Tonight had to go inside because they didn’t give us our fries through the drive through and those fries didn’t have a drop of salt! From now on I’m leaving a one star whenever I get shitty fries since it’s impossible for this Braum’s to do this basic thing.

I don't know what it was but I stopped to get a chocolate shake and about a quarter through my shake each time I tried to take a drink something came up the straw and into my mouth that was solid and it was gross. I tried 3 times thinking maybe it was like some weird textured chocolate...lol...it has the texture of between a banana and a piece of hamburger meat but all I could think was he spit in my shake for some reason. I was hurrying coming from Dallas and it was dark and didn't want to pull over so I had to throw it out at my next stop. Any way big thumbs down from me guys, sorry.
