Mimi's - Pauls Valley

Not for me, maybe I got them on a bad day. I waited 40 minutes for a sandwich that was dry and cold. My dining partners seemed to enjoy their meals. I sent my sandwich back and ate nothing. Oh well, If I had to take it or leave it, I'd leave it.

The service we received was excellent. However, the coffee was just average. The French toast was outstanding—definitely some of the best I've ever tasted. Unfortunately, the rest of our meals fell short. My vegetable omelet lacked flavor, and the vegetables were of poor quality. My girlfriend's biscuits and gravy were also disappointing, as the gravy had a canned taste. Overall, it's a charming small-town spot, but we were hoping for higher quality food.

Pretty decent food for Paul's Valley. Good friendly service.

It feels like 1978 and tastes like grandmas cooking...loved it. Humble and hearty food. Closes 2pm.
