As you walk in, you can't help but admire the amazing decor. This is only the start however! Devon, the manager and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and a valued guest. If you're looking for a delicious breakfast and great service, I would not hesitate to recommend coming to Zak's Diner Kanata.Kid-friendliness: Devon, the manager was so incredibly kind to our children. I highly recommend coming here for breakfast.

We ordered several times via Ubereats. The food is good, but there seems to be neither QA on their orders, nor proper customer service. Twice our orders arrived with at least a whole meal missing. When we called the place, they offered a refund or for us to come and pick up the remaining order by ourselves. Well, there is a reason we ordered it via Ubereats. Our family members were left out without food, and Zak's team refused to take responsibility for their mess on both occasions. We are all human, mistakes happen, but we expect these places to own them and resolve the issues. We won't be ordering from here again.
