Tim Hortons - Ottawa

Probably the least personable staff in the area. They talk to you like they’re doing you a favour, cutting you off mid-sentence to get you out asap.Food might as well been assembled by a toddler…

They never get my order right. They simply don't care.

Went to this location to grab some food. Saw a large advertisement for the chipotle steak wrap. Ask for it. Girl at the counter didn't understand the request. Asked if I meant a farmers wrap? I told her no. I am asking for the steak wrap. Still didn't understand. I asked if they sell everything they have on the board above it's a gas station smaller tim Hortons and she replied yes they did. I explained it's a steak wrap, with rice, and veggies. Again asked if I meant a farmers wrap. I gave up and just pointed to the bacon and sausage wrap on the board. She asked if I meant a farmers sausage wrap. No. No I do not. The bacon and sausage wrap. The thrid combo on the left. I'd like that one.... You mean a farmers bacon wrap she responded. I had a stroke and left without food.

Not good what so ever. Staff are rude and order is never right.
