Smoky's - Ottawa

I experienced a long wait for a lukewarm hamburger, which had overcooked meat. The fries were old, but the coffee and coleslaw were good.

I had a wonderful experience! The waitress was extremely attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious!

The quality of the food has really declined. They used to serve a whole pickle with meals, but now you only get a slice. The fries are soggy and tasteless—overall, it was quite disappointing. The restaurant wasn't busy, yet the bartender was the only one attending to us while the other staff seemed disengaged. I don’t plan on coming back anytime soon, as it seems they need new cooks who genuinely care and management that will source better fries and ingredients. It's a real shame.

Food is excellent! Service is outstanding! Definitely will be returning often!!
