Marble Hill Inn - Oneida

This is our 2nd time here. The 1st time was amazing- the food was great. This time I was very disappointing. Ordered burgers medium well and my burger was too pink. I didn't eat half of it- turned my stomach. We ordered mozz sticks as an appetizer and they brought out with meal also gave us cocktail sauce instead of marina. Service was slow- people who ordered after us received their food prior us. When my fiance went to bar to get 2 more beers and was going to use the happy hour chips bartender was so quick she gave more chips. Then he went to settle Bill and bartender was off putting with the chips sating her drawer was going to be off because chips can only be used before 7p. How about slowing down and listen to your customers? We will be back to try again but this visit was awful.

Wings are tiny? Don’t mind paying full price for decent sized wings but these wings are tiny!

Nope. The service was awful. Nobody came to see if we were doing okay or if we wanted anything else, Had to take our order to bar. Had to go to bar to get napkins. The wings were excellent but tiny! The salad had two little tomatoes, one piece of onion and lettuce. VERY LOUD!! Not a relaxing atmosphere Won't go here again.

Just a great spot. Excellent food( try any of the weekly specials... They're all great. Extra bonus...Guinness stout on draft, with bartenders that know how to port it properly. The place is a hidden gem

Old fashion bar with decent food. Belly up to the bar to order. Busy but quick.
