Tim Hortons - North York Industiral

Used the app to order a carafe of coffee when i parked my car. Still had to wait over 10 minutes for my coffee.Tim hortons' Staff did not even start my order until i arrived. That is not cool. The nursing staff the hardest working people in the hospital) was not amused when i was late 15 minutes with their mornings coffee.Go to starbuck if you want service.

If you are in a rush maybe try another location. They are kind here but the wait times are quite slow even if there are only a few people

Ordered a meal at kiosk. Kiosk took my payment but didn't process order. It told us to speak to restaurant staff. They refused to give us our offer saying it got cancelled but if we paid for it again we're could come see the manager tomorrow we could get our money back. We came in with a family member in emergency. A staff member (Monira) was rude and refused to put her mask back on. Do not recommend

Terrible service. There was a network error when I tried to order from the kiosk, but my payment was processed. The woman named Monira was completely unhelpful and accused us of lying and would not give us our order even though we were charged for it
