Ice 'n Cake - North York Industiral

Really great place to dine for dessert or grab some quick take out. There's a good selection of items which they change up and a large variety of gelatos. You have to go order first and pay and wait while they prepare your items. If you're dining in they'll bring it to your table. We tried a few different items. I really enjoyed the creme brûlée because it wasn't too sweet, the hazelnut mousse cake thing was delicious... tasted like we were eating Nutella mousse, the red velvet cake was average but good, caramel/ dulce de leche cheesecake was also average but good... don't get this if you don't like really sweet desserts and lastly we tried this Greek flakey cream pastry thing that was pretty good. The place has a really loud but happy vibe and it's always crowded on weekend nights.

I tried the salted caramel gelato with a waffle cone and it was amazing. I didn't want it to end. But good things must come to an end. You can even enjoy it on the patio.

Pretty nice place, love the decor, and the gelato is good. Not the best gelato I’ve ever had, but it’s nice and creamy. Worth checking out if you’re in the area.

We came over for dessert after meeting up with some old friends at the Bier Market next door.  They have coffees, cake, waffles, and gelato!  It took a while to figure what I want but I ordered a scoop of coconut gelato.  My friends ordered a lemon gelato and one of their waffles.  Their service is super quick and cashier is great for giving recommendations in case you have a brain freeze while ordering.  My coconut gelato was simply delicious.  It had bits of coconut and chocolate chips mixed in to enhance the taste in every spoonful.
