Wendy's - Mountain Home

This may be the worst fast food experience I've ever had. The lobby was closed, which I understand, so we opted for the drive-thru. We ordered food that included two large fries, but were asked to pull up front and wait for them to prepare the fries. We didn't mind waiting at first. They brought our food out, but there was only one large fry that was barely half-filled. My husband had to go back around to request the food we had already paid for, and once again we were told to wait while they made more fries. At that point, no other cars had come through the drive-thru, so it's hard to understand why they only made half a large fry the first time. After waiting 20 minutes without any sign of our food, we decided to leave. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and the food was disappointing as well.

Quick service, and it's great to see that Wendy's now offers plant-based burgers!

What a shame that this location in the chain is the worst. I've visited many Wendy's across 16 states, and this one is by far the worst. One star.

Drive through is kind of slow. But they were pretty busy. They did get my order spot on and it was complicated. Food was hot and tastes as you would have expected.
