Smoky Mountain Pizzeria Grill

When we arrived, we were told there was a 15 to 30-minute wait for a table, despite many empty tables being available. We were seated at the bar while others who arrived after us were quickly given tables. We sat there for 40 minutes without being served, while the other patrons around us were attended to. We never even had a chance to place our order. The service was extremely disappointing. The waitress at the bar seemed overwhelmed and distracted, and unfortunately, we felt ignored throughout our visit.

As a truck driver, I consider myself fortunate to have discovered this place. It's a fantastic spot with excellent service and incredible food. During my long trip, this was one of the best restaurants I visited. Cassie took care of me, and I must say she was always smiling and very professional. I highly recommend this restaurant!
