Tacos El Paisa - Mesa

The food was quite good overall, especially the birria and consomé. The beans served with the enchilada plate had a nice spicy kick and great flavor. However, I wasn't a fan of the enchiladas themselves. The chicken was very dry, and it just didn't work well together. Additionally, the red enchilada sauce was too concentrated for my taste. Overall, I didn't enjoy that dish. I'll definitely be returning for the tacos, though!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant; it felt very authentic. The food was incredible, and it’s definitely a place I'll be visiting regularly from now on.

I'm from Utah and have been on the hunt for a taco spot that serves delicious street tacos, as they are my favorite food. We have some fantastic taco joints back home, so I was excited to try this place when I came across it. I ordered the Carne Asada tacos and, of course, my favorite Al Pastor. The Carne Asada was quite good, but I was really disappointed with the Al Pastor tacos. They were excessively fatty and lacked any flavor. I'm not sure if I received a bad cut or what, but I won't be returning. Additionally, this place is quite pricey—I ended up spending over $60 on tacos. Thank you, but I won’t be coming back. I’ll continue my search for the perfect street tacos.

I had the Birria tacos and they were so good! Service, food, and music was all on point. Muchas gracias ???

Quesabirra tacos are the best. The lady working there was absolutely wonderful. She brought us our food and drinks. She even brought her little ones. Some churros after they were done she was so kind and sweet. We will definitely be going back. The very friendly environment and great food. Five stars.
