Bidrage med feedbackDespite my reservations, I decided to give it another chance a few months ago when I stopped in for breakfast. I ordered two sausage McMuffins and was shocked to find that they were burnt to a crisp - the English muffin was black and as hard as a rock. I tried to eat through it but it was inedible. Additionally, some of the employees seemed unprofessional, with dirty hands while handling food. This experience confirmed that I will not be returning to this McDonald's. It's a shame because the location is convenient for me, but I would rather go out of my way to get a decent meal. I urge the management to pay more attention to their food quality and service, as well as their team's professionalism.
I recently ordered from this restaurant using the mobile app, as I always do. I ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget meal with grill sauce, but unfortunately, they forgot to include the sauce. Luckily, our nearby Chick-Fil-A provided us with extra Polynesian sauce from our previous order with them, so my son was able to use that instead. I also ordered a quarter-pound meal without onions and extra pickles, along with a regular quarter-pound burger. The special order ticket clearly stated "NO onion, extra pickle," but what I received was no pickles and a soggy burger. I had to add some pickles from home in order to salvage the meal. Additionally, the condiments were stuck to the packaging and I had to scrape them out. I visit this restaurant at least once a week, and sometimes I am too tired or busy to address mistakes in my order. However, this time I am fed up. Not only was my order incorrect, but there was also no acknowledgment or apology for the mistake. I am extremely disappointed.
Dear mcdonalds, I often go to this place and to the greatest part they are consistently on par or larger. a peice of feedback. clean the ride through the area. in particular, they clean the glass menus at least once per week. one of them had broken glass for over a year, and does not seem that it has ever been cleaned. also, clean the müll out there, there are these few simple fixes that improve customer experience! otherwise, great work!
So I went to this mcdonald’s tonight so hungry and I just came out of the church and I ordered only a fish sandwich and a small frit for a fish sandwich it is five dollars, for a small frit it is two something for eight dollars I had gone down to frys and bought two frozen evenings and warmed them up and have a warm meal but instead went to me here is my fish sandwich I have always fish sandwiches are that is one of my favorite sandwiches it used to work at mcdonald when I was a child and I loved it, but half a piece of cheese would normally put them in full piece cheese there and I tell them I had them several times I was like really? I could have gone to In-N-Out burgers and I can get a burger and hot fresh frits for less than eight dollars! I paid five dollars for a small hamburger and fresh hot pommes there I should have gone there!
My chicken sandwich was brut on the bottom so I sent it back the guy that worked there was nice said sorry he would bring me a nother one then he brings me one and that one was also burnt!! I was getting a little mad and nauseous about sending it back put did it faintly got one that was right it was good sandwich and I wish I new his name he was nice felt sorry for him
