Jimmy John's - Mesa

As a certified manager and marker at a JJ franchise in Tennessee, I've become quite particular about my sandwiches. However, my experience here has truly impressed me. The person who made my sandwich got the portions and toppings absolutely spot on – it was exactly how I like it. I will definitely be returning to this location and hope to have the same team member prepare my order again. Huge thanks to the Kumpel Jimmy crew for crafting the best sandwich I've had (aside from my own). I must say, the delivery was almost freakishly perfect! I would rate this experience 11/10 and would highly recommend it to others.

I ordered the 13/Cuban sandwich, but it had very little meat. My wife got the 10, which had a hearty and more generous serving of meat. I still enjoy JJs, but I wouldn't recommend the Cuban sandwich.

I've been here several times, either to pick up takeout or to interact with the staff. Today at 2:45, I noticed there wasn't even a sign on the door, which left the guests confused.

Never been, they had no recommendations on a Awesome sandwich. Rushed me to order. Just all around rude place.
