Hungry Howie's Pizza - Mesa

Today, I returned at 11:15 AM to return some terrible cinnabread I had received previously, but the doors were still locked. It’s concerning that whoever manages this place may be facing repercussions, as this level of service is unacceptable. If the restaurant opens at 11:00 AM, why was I still waiting outside at 11:20? I would advise against coming here.

I will never order from Hungry Howie's again. I placed an online order last night, but they delivered the wrong pizza. I spent over an hour trying to reach someone by phone to fix the issue, but I couldn't get through. Eventually, I had to place the same order again. Four hours after my initial order, we finally received our pizza at 10:30 PM, and it was cold. I ended up paying twice just to get my correct order, and I was unable to speak to anyone the entire time. I'm extremely disappointed with their service.
