Brisket is quite good with smoky and a lot of spices flavor. Very tender and not dry as many normal bbq shop. Should be top 3 bbq shop so far I ever ate

Food is excellent for as far as idaho food goes. Sausages, beans, corn bread& butter have room for improvement. Brisket was a tad dry, but had great flavor could use a tiny bit more seasoning. Green beans were great, pulled pork was great, unfortunatelycouldn't try the turkey. The sweet sauce has an excellent flavor, but the spicy one was lacking a lot of flavor and a pinch or 2too much heat This place is by far better than Dickeys BBQ and I would definitely come back when in the mood for BBQ and in thearea.

Great food, service and all around experience. There is a review on here that says they paid $37 for a single plate and complained about it. You must have gotten a full rack of ribs. I just fed my family on $38.

Happy Accident, I?m diabetic and my blood sugar decided to crash, and we picked to closest place to eat. Coming from eastern Washington and a morning full of walking and hiking. We were already searching for a place to eat. The ?Idaho Nachos? were amazing perfect balance of flavor. Prime Rib Dip hit the spot, I mean I ate that so fast the waitress asked if I could eventaste it ???? I also tasted the meatloaf sandwich and it was awesome ???? Then to round things out Chocolate Crème Pie ????OMG I think I died and when to food heaven?you can?t go wrong here?

Ordered brisket nachos, everything was on the nachos and the brisket was 90% fat couldn’t eat much of it, what a waste. Drink was flat. Waitress didn’t even ask a question or anything about it. just handed the bill over… do not eat here
