Reed's Dairy Boise

I have a hard time passing of a Reed’s Dairy no matter where I’m at. Great TJ see a local favorite continue to succeed. The workers were friendly, atmosphere was clean and friendly and the bathrooms were clean as well.

This is an Ice Cream store you should visit if in Idaho, they have numerous stores. The ice cream is very, very rich and creamy. Unbelievably creamy. They have a wide variety of ice creams, shakes, fresh milk and ice cream to go The waffle cone or cup is thick, fresh and crispy. The staff very friendly and helpful over all a great experience .

Staff was very polite and the ice cream was delicious. Make sure you stop by for some chocolate milk.

Amazing ice cream! You can really tell the difference between fresh and local and the box stuff from the grocery store. The texture is incredible. Luckily they pack pints so Im always set. Cookie berry is my absolute favorite flavor and I love that they have an email list to alert you when your selection is in stock. The only bad thing is that I live like 2 minutes away and I eat way too much ice cream now.

This drive-thru is easily the slowest and least efficient in town. I waited an incredible 22 minutes on a Saturday afternoon, despite there being only one customer inside and just one car ahead of me. The two staff members inside were moving at an unbearably slow pace, showing no urgency at all. The service was completely unacceptable. Furthermore, even though they claim to be open until 10 PM, I drove by last night at 9:31 PM and saw that their open sign was off. Do yourself a favor and choose a different place to eat.
