Church's Chicken - Longview

This is the second time in about a month and a half that I've been shorted on my order. The first time, I was missing three pieces of chicken. This time, I ordered an 8-piece mixed dinner and received 4 legs and 3 thighs instead. I tried calling several times, but each time it went to voicemail. After a few unanswered calls, my calls started going directly to voicemail.

I ordered a 20-piece chicken meal, all dark meat, along with poppers, coleslaw, mashed potatoes, okra, and biscuits. Everything was absolutely delicious! Unfortunately, we didn’t make it home with the coleslaw, which is my absolute favorite side. They also surprised me with an extra gallon of lemonade and a gallon of tea. Thank you!

It seems they’ve returned to serving larger chicken pieces! And those Jalapeño Bombers were fantastic!

The staff was incredibly friendly, providing excellent customer service. The chicken was served hot; we did have to wait for it, but since it was a Sunday, it was definitely worth it. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

Every time I visit this restaurant, the staff is incredibly rude, and their attitudes are unacceptable. The food doesn’t taste as good as what you find at other locations; it lacks flavor. I believe that if the staff, especially the manager, were a bit kinder and more engaged, it could greatly improve the dining experience. Customer service is essential, and in this case, it's completely lacking. I cannot recommend the Church's on Highway 80 in Longview, Texas. The only enjoyable part of my visit was finally leaving.
