Our first time at Carter 's and it met all our expectations and more. We ordered the ribs and sliced brisket. Both were among the best that we have eaten. They had a wonderfully smoky flavor and weren 't dried out. Portions were very generous and well worth the price. If this review was helpful, please like it.

This was the first time I've eaten here since I retired and I convinced my wife to let's eat b b q chicken today. I got there before the crowds appeared and got my chicken , went home and ate it. It was just as good as I remembered from last time. GREAT taste.

I can't say enough good things about this grill place! it is the best bbq that I have ever tasted and I have eaten a lotte of bbq in my life. everything is great, but their rib chopped beef are my whole time fav. If they never tried this bbq, they do one themselves please give them a try. you will not regret it!

My chopped beef sandwich was the best I had in a very long time. fleisch! to order a beautiful fresh bungalow. non-greasy (in contrast to other places where the bun is completely drunk).
