Chick-fil-a - Longview

I encountered an issue with my app that wouldn't allow me to place a curbside order. Since I had my baby with me, I really didn't want to get out of the car. Additionally, I’ve had COVID, so I was quite anxious about the situation. Regardless, I parked in front of the restaurant, called to explain my situation, and they were very understanding. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

This has always been one of my favorite places to visit. However, they've forgotten my chicken basket the last two times I've been there—once here and once in Dallas. Still, both locations did a great job otherwise, so I can’t complain too much! Plus, I got a free chocolate shake during my last visit!

Was just a few times in Chick-fil-A and decided to try it. there was a short line, but it was quite fast. ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, chicken and Mac/cheese. eating was good, although sandwich should spicier. even though that's just my opinion.

The car was fast. I have two yogurt parfaits. I give them three stars for everything: 3/5

The service really slowed down as the lock was removed. Staff seem particularly stressed probably by the endless drive-thru track that never ends. I don't know what made her change her ways, but they have to change them again. Food: 5/5
