Bidrage med feedbackI've had my fair share of average fast food experiences here, with lukewarm burgers and similar issues. However, today was spot-on. From placing my order to receiving #48 just before this review, everything was perfect. The way the food was wrapped looked like something out of an advertisement, and it was hot, as if it had just been freshly made. We are 100% satisfied!
Terrible service and an equally terrible manager! I wouldn't recommend spending your money here. My mother and I had a special request, and instead of being accommodating, the manager was rude and snapped at us. This establishment should really consider shutting down; customers deserve better treatment than this.
I visited the drive-thru, and the person taking my order was exceptionally rude—she interrupted me before I could even finish speaking. When we reached the window and requested to speak with a manager, we were astonished to learn that she was the manager herself! She claimed to be dealing with a death in her family and said she didn't have time for this, asking if I wanted my food or not. I offered my condolences, but I told her that her circumstances didn’t excuse her behavior towards customers. In response, she angrily threw my credit card on the ground and slammed the window shut. My entire family in the car was shocked at how poorly we were treated as paying customers.
I was charged but didn’t get my receipt. I ordered a Whopper, but they mistakenly gave me a Jr. Whopper along with a very small serving of fries. My total was $13.
I've only been to this restaurant twice, and unfortunately, I haven't come across anyone at the register who appears to be well-trained. The food was acceptable and reminded me of Burger King, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. However, the lack of training at the counter can be quite frustrating. That said, considering it’s a fast-food establishment, I can't say I was completely disappointed.
