Sweetberry Frozen Yogurt - Laredo

I like the boba drinks a lot and the yogurt is good too. The only downside is they have been out of the boba before, but they reached out saying they were fixing that so hopefully all is great going forward.

Very bad service. One employee serving a full house running to the back to make teas after charging customers leaving the front unattended. Turns out franchise owner was in the back doing nothing. I questioned employee about the man not helping him and he said he doesn't work his the owner!! What a bad example to the employees of work ethics!! How can he expect to have employees who are willing to do that extra step when he doesn't do it himself!! Very upset with the service and abuse of the employee.

Came in at 9:50 pm and they told me that it was closed. On the door it says at 10:00 pm terrible customer service

All I got was a simple milk tea. Both my girl and I felt that the drink had zero flavor to it. I was expecting so much especially after I saw all that they offered on the menu. I will have to stick with the frozen yogurt the next time I return.

I really enjoy this place. I've noticed some reviews mentioning "rude" staff, but I believe that the energy you give is often the energy you receive in return. The staff here are always friendly and efficient. Plus, the yogurt is delicious!
