Palenque Grill Loop 20 - Laredo

We visit this restaurant at least once a month, but this time the service was awful. Our waiter never came back to our table, and when I ordered my ribeye medium rare, it came out well done and tough. I mentioned the issue to a different waitress, but she didn't seem to care. I had to flag her down for another drink since our original waiter never returned. We arrived around 2pm and the restaurant wasn't busy. Our bill came out to $156.46, with a price per person of over $100. In terms of food, we rated it a 2, and in terms of service, a 1.

I always have a great experience at this restaurant! The Camarones A La Diabla are consistently amazing. It's a must-visit for me whenever I'm in Laredo. The food is top-notch, the service is good, and the atmosphere is wonderful. I highly recommend it! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
