Bidrage med feedbackI've been a loyal customer at this restaurant for years, and we always order the salmon. However, we've never been asked how we prefer it cooked. Today, it was served undercooked. We expected the manager to address this issue proactively on the bill, but that didn’t happen. When I brought it to his attention, he said he couldn’t do anything about it. Instead, he offered to remove a drink from our tab. It’s frustrating when a restaurant can't acknowledge their cooking inconsistencies. They should prioritize fixing issues for loyal customers. In the end, I was only given a discount on the lime juice and salt—that was their solution. Wow.
The service was disappointing and the staff seemed unmotivated. While the food was okay, our waitress provided poor service. We only saw her when we were seated and again when she delivered our meals. When it came time to settle the bill, we had to ask another waiter—who was doing an excellent job—to assist us, as our waitress was too busy chatting with her colleagues. The restaurant was not busy at that point, with only about eight tables to serve, making it easy for the staff to manage. This was my first visit since the remodel, and I’m not sure I would return.
This seafood restaurant is fantastic! The live music on weekends really enhances the dining experience. The service is also outstanding.

My wife ordered the shrimp Laredo, which she felt was better than during her prior visits. She has never been let down by the rice. The piña coladas were decent—not exceptional, but not bad either. A tip for future diners: bring a light jacket, as it can get quite chilly inside. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will absolutely be back for more.
