This is a legendary ceviche maker, with his place having a sort of a speakeasy vibe. No menu. This is Javier's home and it's open whenever he can prepare ceviche. It's an exclusive yet casual experience. Old-school recipe, no distractions. Basically sole fish, octopus, lime, onion, salt and pepper. You can have it fancier elsewhere but never more authentic. Menu also includes a main course, which in my case was an Asian fish wok (saltado). S/. 143 per person before tip. Highly recommended. Reservations are mandatory.
Watching chef Wong prepare the most incredible food in front of you! Difficult to book but worth it! The food was amazing. Fresh ceviche and then stir fried chifa fish! Wow. Worth it. Make the journey. Visit and enjoy the fresh flavours and amazing food!
Amazing food, atmosphere, and host. Definitely recommend!
