Excellent service and better aware than many other restaurants fantastic food, several options

Gluten Free options not listed in the menu, but they have gluten-free questions to your server. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about gluten and even wondered if I had Celiac. I was pleasantly surprised by this question and knew I was in the right place. You had authentic options as well as a few things you would see at home like Stale. It was wonderful to have the ability to get an authentic gluten-free dinner. He told me I chose what I wanted to eat, and he would let me know if it was gluten-free or not. I quickly eliminated the thing I knew had gluten because they fried or something along these lines. I then turned out to find two things I would like to try. I told him my 2 options and fortunately 1 of them was gluten-free. I had a stew with beef and it was wonderful! It was too much to eat, but there was a breakfast next morning. I got Celiac and I didn't get sick.

En Lima, La Panchita es uno de los mejores restaurantes. El servicio es muy bueno, al igual que la comida. No tienen menú GF, pero los meseros están bien informados sobre el tema y proporcionan o acomodan distintas opciones para que podamos consumir sin gluten. A mi me encantan los tamalitos verdes, las alitas al panco y el bistek a la olla. Todo seguro.

I would highly recommend a reservation for this place, but we are lucky. We could get a table for two on Wednesday morning. The food was very good! In any case a place to go with many ppl, so you can try everything.

Amazing! This palace is huge and has a cozy ambience. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to taste the authentic local foods. All we ordered was delicious, the customer service was also top notch. Do not skip the freshly baked bread basket, its so buttery, toasty and it melts in your mouth. Oh, we also tried the famous donuts, delicious!
