This place has the best prices you'll find anywhere! They have Jeopardy on during the week and a jukebox to enjoy some music. You can snack on pickled eggs and pickled sausage, and there's a classic dartboard for some entertainment. If you're feeling lucky, they also offer pull tabs. The staff is fantastic and treats you like family, and every now and then, there’s live music or karaoke night. Ms. Pat is the best bartender in town. The kitchen is available for rent for fundraisers, memorial gatherings, or any type of event. It's probably the only spot I’ll genuinely miss in this town that’s becoming increasingly pretentious, especially with Bowlwinkles and Aki Sushi now closed.

The service was outstanding! The young woman named Sara was incredibly helpful, and it's always a breath of fresh air to meet such kind individuals.

There are some drawbacks to this place, such as the interior being somewhat dim and worn. With the variety of visitors who come here, I believe the Legion could really benefit from some volunteer help to enhance the atmosphere. On the plus side, the beer prices are quite reasonable compared to other bars in Lake Placid village. The bartenders are friendly and fun to chat with. Happy hour tends to draw a bigger crowd, creating more lively conversations. If you're looking for a good place to enjoy company and grab affordable drinks before a night of bar hopping, it's definitely worth a visit.
