Biggby Coffee - Kalamazoo

I love Biggby. The service in the morning is awesome, a little bit slow butt in my opinion, the personality outweighs the slowness. They also deal well with me not being quite awake when ordering.

Usually my go to stop on the way to work. Usually a friendly stay, but this morning, 10/26 at 10:45am, had one the worst experiences I've had in coffee shop. Employees very loudly talking horribly about management and other employees with no regard for any of the customers inside. Pretty sad. I Will find another shop on my way to work if continues.

I order my coffee on the Bigby App so that I can cut my wait time down. I still have to wait inside because they never have more than one person making drinks and can never make a bagel in under 25 minutes. Ridiculous.

The baristas working this morning blew me away with their skills and service! additionally, while I sat drinking my coffee, they were all saying positive things about their customers and their job. their energy was contagious, and I'm definitely going to have a better day after stopping at this Biggby!!!
