The Wedge Espresso - GLEBE

Had so many gluten free options on the menu, and the waiter asked if I was celiac or gluten free and offered to pan fry my hash brown instead of fry it in the normal fryer! Would recommend!!

The staff were fantastic many of the dishes not marked GF could be made GF by substituting the bread including the gourmet sandwiches. Good variety of GF dishes available nice to have some interesting options for a change.

This place always buzzes for a good reason! Although there was a short wait, we were welcomed soon and accepted. Everyone ran smoothly due to the efficient and friendly service. We did not see long after we had dejected our names, and without delaying menus. The coffee was my favorite style; Strong, but not bitter. Both meals were delicious! Our salads were cooked to perfection, fresh and very generous to say it the least! I will definitely be there again to try these pancakes, I looked at another table!

Good place! Beautiful staff, delicious food and fabulous location ????????? Would highly recommend a visit. The service is very fast and we could get the airport in 15 minutes, so perfect for a pre-airfeed!

The wedge is a local favorite. Do not be fooled by the narrow - this place is always packed and is more spacious than you think! Grief Grief The coffee and the food are presented well and tastes incredibly good. The portions are generous and prices are what they would expect from a café in the city center. The breakfast disc (pictured) has exactly the right amount of all - poached eggs, withered cabbage, cherry tomatoes, feta, mushroom and (many) avocado. The service is good as well as the entire ambience of the café. This is definitely one of the top cafes in Glebe.
