Tim Hortons -  Gatineau,

I frequently order breakfast from Tim's because it is delicious and convenient. However, I have had numerous issues with various Tim's locations substituting items without my approval when I place online orders through ubereats. Each time this has happened, I have reported it to Uber, as I believe restaurants should not simply substitute items at their discretion. Today, I was shocked to discover that my chocolate croissant had been substituted with a nut-filled muffin. This is a dangerous oversight, as my family and I have a severe nut allergy. My sister, who fortunately was not present when the order arrived, has a severe allergic reaction to nuts even from being in their vicinity. I am still reeling from this incident and hope that Tim's will take this matter seriously. I will be reporting this to HQ, as serious allergies should be a top priority for any establishment.

One of the best Tim Hortons in Gatineau. Not perfect, but right now, every fast food restaurant is having staffing problems.

Very unclean and untidy place. The tables were a mess and toilets were very dirty.

Honestly, the staff is friendly but they ALWAYS screw up the order. This was supposed to be a Beagle BELT. Im usually not the kind to leave a review, but this has happened countless times. They consistently forget to add potatoes to the combos. Please address this, ridiculous.
